Through Qustodio Services, we provide monitoring and content filtering services in electronic devices (hereinafter, “Monitored Devices”) of workers (hereinafter, “Users”) in work and/or professional environment. You hereby represent you are fully capable and empowered to enter into these Terms of Service on behalf of the entity you represent. Failure to comply with any part of these Terms of Service may result in the termination of your Qustodio Professional account (“Qustodio Account”).
The Entrepreneur represents that he or she has read and accepts Qustodio Professional Privacy Policy available here, the terms of which are an integral part of these Terms of Service.īy using Qustodio Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you as a subscriber to Qustodio Services and licensee of Qustodio Software (“You”, “Your” or “Entrepreneur” upon acceptance of the Terms of Service) do not agree to the Terms of Service, you must not install Qustodio Software or use Qustodio Services.
